BrainCode

Get module updates and study notes by email

One message when a new technical module goes live, plus the working notes behind it: what changed in the curriculum, which exercises were rewritten, and which parts of the material learners kept getting stuck on. No daily mail, no sales sequences.

You can leave the list at any time from the footer of any message. We keep the address only for these updates.

Send a support ticket to the BrainCode desk

Tell us which module or tool is giving you trouble. Include the exact error text, the language or framework version, and what you already tried. Tickets that name the failing step get answered faster than general questions.

We read every ticket in the order it arrives. Replies usually go out within two working days, and a follow-up thread stays open until the issue is resolved or you close it.

Getting help with a module

Most questions about a lesson, an exercise, or a broken code sample get answered the same day. Pick the route that matches what you are stuck on.

Email the teaching desk

Best for anything that needs a written answer: a concept that will not click, a module you think is out of order, or a request to reopen a closed exercise. Include the module name and the step number so we can look at the same screen you are on.

Reply within one working day, Monday to Friday.

Call during support hours

Use the phone line when the problem is easier to talk through than to type out, for example walking through a failing build or a setup step that keeps returning an error. Have your notes open before you dial.

Weekdays, 09:00 to 17:00. Outside those hours, leave a message and we call back the next working day.

Post to the address below

Rarely needed, but if you are sending printed course material back or a signed enrolment form, the postal route is still open. Mark the envelope with the module reference so it reaches the right desk.

Check the FAQ before you write

Account access, module order, exercise resets, and how certificates are issued are all covered there. It is the fastest stop for the questions we get most often, and it saves you waiting on a reply.

Reach the BrainCode Institute desk

Module questions, enrolment paperwork, and technical support all route through the same two lines. If you are mid-course and something in a lab environment is not behaving, mention the module code in your message so it reaches the right tutor.
